Central Aquatics has put out a recall for their recent batches of Kent carbon. Check the link at the bottom for affected batch numbers.

You're welcome Tal. I normally use Kent Reef Carbon on my reef tank, and recently ran out. Instead of buying my trusty Kent brand I decided to try out Brightwell Aquatics since I have been so happy with some of their other products. Boy was that a stroke of good luck! I would have changed to the new tub of carbon last weekend... before the recall was announced. I guess there is a store owner in the US claiming $20,000 in lost coral. Ouch!
