Sorry I didn't have Matt's message pulled up when I wrote my post. He recommended trying Parvocalanus copepods nauplii with Tetraselmis algae.

I got a reply from Matt Wittenrich today. Gave me a tip on something to try feeding the larvae.

They might be the same size as my Hypleurochilus geminatus (Crested Blenny) I raised in the past. Their food was S-type rotifers.
Here is day 1 video hatched.

So it's been 3 days since the last clutch dispersed and I just found a new spawn. I'm assuming it's from last night. I was very busy this morning and didn't check.

Thanks Tal. I'll look into acquiring some through my hatchery friend. I'm also going to contact algagen and see if they have any recommendations.

So here's an update. The pair is now spawning on a regular basis. The spawn roughly every 10-14 days. Two days ago, a spawn hatched and the larvae dispersed. There were hundreds or P. nocturna lavae swimming around my tank. The Clowns sure enjoyed them! The pair is going to be moved to a 20g long tank that will become the broodstock tank. I plan on setting up a larval grow-out system, and a grow-out system once they've passed meta. I'm having an incredibly hard time finding information on feeding the larvae. From what I've determined they have a very small gape and, even common food sources such as diatoms were generally ignored. I'm thinking ciliates, or a larval copepod of some sort. I've talked to a couple fish breeding experts but I'm in "uncharted territory". I will continue to update this thread as I learn more. Hopefully a break through will occur sooner rather than later.

I purchased them as a pair from an LFS in Hungtington Beach. Absolutely no issues between the two.

My now mated pair of Priolepis nocturna (White Tiger Goby) have just spawned for the fist time. It is a rather large spawn from the little information I have been able to gather about them. Has anyone had any luck raising the larvae pass meta and had them fully grow out?

Here's a pic of part of the spawn. They made photographs difficult with the location of the spawn.
