I scoop out and sieve a gallon every 2 weeks and feed it to my reef, And take what I need for my hatchlings. I clean out the bucket once a month. I keep 2 gallons with rotifers and add 2 fresh gallons with  a 1.020 salinity.  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; &lt;b&gt;Culture medium description:&lt;/b&gt;   &lt;br&gt; I  split 1 liter of RG evenly into 24 cup cake tins.
