Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity: 1.020
Temperature: ambient room tempeture around 72 degrees F

Vessel description: 5 gallon bucket
Lighting description: ambient lighting from breeder tanks.
Lighting cycle: 14hrs on 10hrs off.
Aeration description: constant aeration

Methodologies
Split methodology: my buckets are filled with 4 gallons of water. I scoop out and sieve a gallon every 2 weeks and feed it to my reef, And take what I need for my hatchlings. I clean out the bucket once a month. I keep 2 gallons with rotifers and add 2 fresh gallons with a 1.020 salinity.

Culture medium description:
I split 1 liter of RG evenly into 24 cup cake tins. I mix one frozen tin in a 2 liter of RO water and feed 40ml of deluted rotigrow twice a day.
