I'm debating that now...  (yes, I got in, thanks for the help!!!) I can't decide if I should leave them in the 10 while I'm gone or start the grow-out system before I leave.
 
It's only 2 little fishies in the 10, so water quality shouldn't be that big of a deal but I'd feel better with them in a 20.
 
Unfortunately, all my 20's are fitted with drainpipes that may leak if the system isn't actually running.  Know what I mean?

Yeah.. I was thinking more of a nice aquascaped tank though. Something the little guys could call home.

I'm thinking somewhere between 2 and 3 months.  Depends on their size as well as the size of other fish involved.  Definately don't want them to end up end fish food!
 
Since their feeding schedule will slow down while I'm gone, so will their growth.

I know!  I'm surprised how quickly they grow up.  I got a Pecula from ORA that took about a year to get his 3rd stripe.
 
Pollux still has a slight mis-bar, nor sure if it will fill in or not.

I moved them into the 20G today.  I feel better leaving them in a tank with more water volume.  It looks like Pollux's center bar has filled in a bit.

I see that I need to update this thread... my babies are growing up!  Pollux no longer has a mis-bar so I have a hard time telling them apart.

They should be a little bigger but they only got fed once a day while I was on vacation.

Castor and Pollux will be 4 months old on May 4th (just in time for Cinco de Mayo!)

They have a bunch of new siblings.  I'm going to start a thread for each breeding pair, don't worry I won't document each batch as heavily as I did with these two!

Here are the ones that are about a week old.  Still feeding rotifers, added BBS and tried a bit of "weaning" diet today and they seemed to like it   
 
I'm going to start enriched Brine tomorrow but if they seem happy with the dry food I'll move on to that.
