They're all doing fine. I haven't had any losses as far as I can tell.

Are you able to count dorsal rays yet? What about differentiating the perc vs. occy in these guys? I saw that thread on mofib, and the last person who i read that was breeding these noted for the most part they looked like percs.

It should be interesting to see who they resemble more.

Yes, all 3 batches have moved up to dry food. I still toss in some enriched brine for variety. From what I've heard, it's best to get them off brine ASAP. The full Percs are growing a bit slower than these and the Occys.

That's so cool Tal, I'm glad to see all your efforts paying off! It's amazing how quickly these little guys start looking like mini adults.

Check out the 18 day old Occys over here: http://www.masm.org/mforums/tm.aspx?m=24421&mpage=3 They do slow down by the second month.

I shot this vid to compare my Occys and Hybrids. The O's are 21 days old and the Hybrids are 17. The hybrids seem to be a bit bigger today. The O's still have better color but the Hb's are striping up quickly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehPdNpcW6qI (Before anyone says anything, my finger is in the frame to give a bit of scale ) I was just going to move the O's into the 20G today or tomorrow but the Hb's look big enough to move too.

I was looking at old threads and saw that I haven't updated this one in a whille. All of the Percularis offspring have been sold(except 1) and I haven't tried to raise anymore since the origina; batch since there isn't much market for them. The parents are still spawning regularly and I got them on video last night. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSqen83xk1U http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KfOjkmvQHU I am planning on selling the pair either as is, or paired up with juveniles of their own species.

Yup, you're right about the spelling... I got it right in the last post, just not in the title.
