Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity: 1.015   
Temperature: Ambient, 72°   
Vessel description: 2L soda bottles
Lighting description: 2xT-8 bulbs   
Lighting cycle: 24 hrs   
Aeration description: Rigid airline, moderate flow rate

Methodologies
Split methodology: 50% split every 6-8 days

Culture medium description: guillards formulation, 1.5ml per gallon of culture water
