Temperature:  65-87 F
Vessel description:  10G tanks, 3G tank, 5G water bottle
Lighting description: Fluorescent lights (T8) 6700K and 6500K
Lighting cycle:  24/7
Aeration description: Airstone from pump 

Methodologies
Split methodology: Simply divided the first 10G tank in half, and filled with used tank water.

Culture medium description: 
None, topped off with tap water (so possibly pho4 additives from that)

 No idea
