Has anyone tried or have any thoughts on swapping a female between males, in different tanks. Iv'e seen the idea before but can't find any info.

I have to many males and was thinking it would give holding males more time to recover

I've heard of people doing that quite a bit for the reasons you mention and having good results. I tried it once and it didn't work out for me. The female killed the new male overnight.  I returned the previous male to her a they've been fine since. Needless to say, I haven't tried to split them up again.

Cheers Tal.

Have a disease issue to sort through first. After things settle down will give it a go.
