Can you tell us how long after lights out these guys hatched? Are the larvae attracted to light? How did you go about collecting them?

well  in my case they hatch just after i put off the lights at 9 pm  and at 10 i see alot of larvae in the tank they are atrackted to the ligth and i use my plankton collector to get them they are maybe thousands  but i only colect a small group trying to raise them but i am really sure that if i dnt get any s train rotifers there is no way to raise these guys

By chance did you try collecting selective plankton from your tank? Perhaps that would have given you the jump start you needed?

well  here i am after a lot of time and working withg the poison frogs, and the chameleons,  i decide to try these guys another time with not much hope ( i am still with no s rotifers), and on february 11, i took some larvae from the parents tank ( they continue breeding every 15 days) and put them in the plankton collector to try to raise them with not much hope as i said, but today after 12 days there is still one alive so lets see if it goees trough settlement and when  meanwhile the male is carryng eggs so when he splits the babies i will get more
here with some 3 day old clowns
