Picasso clarkii - Friday, May 20, 2011 4:40 PM

Just thought I would show you some shots of my b grade picasso clarkii I picked up a few weeks back. They don't have great markings but im hoping the genes will produce some interesting offspring. Will be while before that happens though there only about an 1"1/5 at the moment. The guy did have an A grade pair still but they were £100 more, so hopin these can produce the goods.

I saw some of those at a store in Orlando last March. I don't recall how much they were.

I wonder if what you saw in Orlando was perhaps the "Spocinctus" - spotted Bicinctus from ORA?  Bali Aquarich is producing these Picasso Clarkii (same company doing the Pinnatus batfish).

Hmm... I went to several. Sea in the City, Coral Reef Aquariums, Ocean Blue, World Wide Corals. That's all I can recall at the moment.

Yeah- those are good.
Cool you were in the Sunshine State
(wish I would've known...lol...would have asked you to stop by and "Bless My Broodstock" for luck, lol!)

Just picked up a pair of ORA Occy's (juveniles) and looking to get another pair... Blacks I think...
To add to my existing Percularis & Picasso pairs

Curious on the ones above... how big will they get? Do they tend to run smaller or bigger than regular picasso/clarkii?

Presumably same as std clarkii. As far as I'm aware their F1's so no adults yet. I'm still not convinced these are pure bred clarkii though. Have my suspicions butwould like to see them as adults first.
