well to my surprise i can home to 5 out of 13 fry i have have very white   head stripes they where born last sun night is this normal? as i  thought Percula  took some where in the area of 14 days to get head stripes i have been trying to get pics but super hard  going to try video later.

The first stripe shows up that early but the others take a while.

And a long while!.Until about 45 days,my perculas look like tomatos.

I have Oc's with stripes at 30 days. Well disputed whether they are Oc's or hybrids. Here's a pic.

True Perculas can definitely develop their first head stripe by the 7th day.  I will agree with the others that the 2nd & 3rd stripe can take months to develop.
