Species description:  A naked dinoflagellate with high species variance, many species are toxic and acredited as the cause of various problems such as shelfish paralasis disease

Vessel description:  8 ounce plastic bottle
Lighting description:  NO flourescent 3500K and 5400K mix

For journal purposes (might as well document here!)
 
8/28/11 @ approx 10:20PM added 10ml of live Nannochloropsis from culture to feed the dinoflagellate.  Spot checks under the compound scope showed positive movement of the alga prior, will check back within 24 hours.
