Species:  A. Percula/Occellaris & A. Percula  (Not sure what she is, open to help here.)
Social Structure:  Pair
Size of Individuals:  Female - ~3.5", Male - ~1.75"
Age of Individuals:  Unknown, male is less than 2 years.
Date added to Tank:  Sept 2011

Broodstock Tank Details
Size of Tank:  ~8G
Substrate Details:  1-2" of Reef grade sand 
Filtration Details:  Sump with protein skimmer, cheto and LR/LS
Water Changes:  Rarely
Water Temperature:  83F
Lighting:  One 48" commom fish tank light (T8 I think)
Lighting Cycle:  9am-12am (15on/9off)
Other Tank Inhabitants:  Hermits

Broodstock Feeding Details
Food Types:  PE Mysis, Hakari Brine, Hakari Mysys, TDO EP1, Rods, ON Pellets and flake.
Feeding Schedule:  11a 2p and 5p is flake pellet mix. ~7p ~11p is one of the frozen above.

Courtship Details:  Biting the tile and the male darting around the tank and under the tile.

Before I submit a report, I'd like to nail down what type of fish she is.  I will take better pics of her tonight. I was trying to get him/her and the clutch in the photo's and then a couple people in chat doubted she is a Perc.
 
She was sold to me as a Perc and does look different than my Occy's.

Nice looking pair. The female is an ocellaris and the male is a percula, no doubt in my eye.

To me, she looks like a Perc as I have a bunch of other Occys and she just looks different.  I guess if she is a Occy, she may be from a different region than all the ones I have.
