Vessel description:  right now, the dish it came in, moving to a 2 qt glass jar.
Lighting description:  PC lighting. 72" fixture four bulb
Lighting cycle:  on 10:00am off 10:00pm
Aeration description: none yet, slow rolling bubble when in a bottle

Good luck with this.  I've never heard of a FAF disk working for Iso, but if you have success, send some down my way.  I could also use some O marina.  Mine has turned to ciliates, as has one of my A panamensis.  I have another, however...
 
I think the problem may stem from Iso being a dinoflagellate, and it can't move on a disk.

still just a light brown. They said it can take up to a week to start really growing.

That looks pretty good.
 
I've restarted mine again from the dying culture, after I bought fresh fertilizer from FAF, and I 'm very pleased.  I still could use some O. marina, and some M. salina if you can spare it.

This is as far as it's gotten. It's still got a brown tint to it, but it's not to dark. I might just get some live for another culture and keep trying to get this one going.
