Species description:  green non-motile 4-6 microns

Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.015 - 1.030
Temperature:    Ambient room temp (65 - 75 degrees F_
pH:  7.8 - 8.4

Vessel description:  2 10 gallon aquriums
Lighting description:  Natural ambient from south facing window (on window sill)
Lighting cycle:  Natural
Aeration description:  One large airstone/tank

Methodologies
Split methodology: Harvested as needed about a quart at a time and volume replaced with fresh synthetic seawater.
 
Culture medium description:  10:10:10 fertilizer or fish emulsion fertilizer

Cell count: Unknown, enough to make a bright green solution
 (if known)

Here are the pictures of my culture set up. Bubbles on top of the water in the second picture is from the airstone.

These are some close ups of the Nanochloropsis culture in a mason jar for scale (last one is not side or back lit so you can see how dark it appears).  This is about how green my culture gets at it's maximum.  The culturing in 10 gallon tanks on a window sill has worked out great for me.  I have had this culture continuously growing for almost a year now and it has never crashed and is always productive.
