My oldest Darwin female who laid a nest last Friday has developed this lump. Eggbound? Blown colon?

nice pics but hard to tell if its a prolapse . does it look like tissue with blood vessels ? I would think unfertilized eggs would have fungused and fallen off by now . sometimes prolapsed tissue will look blistered as the muscle around the vent cuts off circulation .
I have had to manually repair prolapse in frogs, parrots and swine . some are as easy as pushing the tissue back in but if the muscle around the vent is too stretched or torn , a purse string suture is needed .

It does look like eggs, but don't know what to do whats best for her. Leave it or try and push it back in? It only appeared today.

So its a week after the last spawn? It could be eggs, if your temperature is high, but it could be the prolapse as above.

I am treating her with Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) bath for 20 minutes a day. Apparently fw breeders use this method all the time and swear by it. Don't have much choice but to give it a go and see what happens.

I agree, looks like a prolapse (maybe ovary or cloaca).  Only treatment would have been to invert back in and hope it stayed there, and I don't know how you would have managed that on something as small as a clown.  She would have been finished for breeding.  Sorry for you loss.
