Monday, January 16, 2012 12:04 PM (permalink) 0 Hello, My breeding female clown looks like something might be wrong with her. The current clutch is due to hatch in 24 hours, so she was been looking "full" and ready to spawn again very soon. Although, today is the first time I've noticed her looking like this(photographs below). She has been swimming around like normal and even eating a little(she usually slows down eating close to spawn date). Any idea what this could be? Sorry for the bad pictures and video. Mine has never laid eggs, would be her first... I wonder if that is a kind of constipation? So we just need to wait ? Thursday, August 23, 2012 5:43 PM (permalink) 0 My female Ocellaris has a similar issue too.  It developed over months though, and when I introduced HBH Spirulina pellets to the diet regularly it seems to have corrected itself over a few weeks. I eased off her feedings and I have not seen it happen again.
