Social Structure:  Pair
Size of Individuals:  Male 2.5" Female 4.5"
Age of Individuals:  7 years old
Date added to Tank:  11/2009

Broodstock Tank Details
Size of Tank:  75gallon 48x18x20" Divided into three chambers with glass dividers
Substrate Details:  Fine Sand
Filtration Details:  Skimz Skimmer, Kalkwasser Reactor, Live rock in 120 gallon sump tied to 4 other tanks, 400 total water volume
Water Changes:  10% monthly
Water Temperature:  80F
Lighting:  4 54 watt T5's with LED Moon lights
Lighting Cycle:  Lights on 6pm to 4am
Other Tank Inhabitants:  Pair of onyx percula clownfish, pair of picasso percula clownfish. 
Broodstock Feeding Details
Food Types:  Original and Breeders Blend Rods food, spectrum pellets, formula one pellets, mysis shrimp and pacific plankton
Feeding Schedule:  2-3 times daily weekdays 3-4 times daily on weekends

Spawning Details

Courtship Details:  Male and female chase and flirt with each other, male and female clean area of spawning area

Larval Feeding Details
Food Types:  Rotifers while co-culturing with Greenwater (rotigreen omega), After day 5 newly hatched baby bring shrimp
Feeding Schedule:  As needed as the rotifer density drops, Once daily for NHBBS (day 5-day10) and TDO A starting day 5

Picture taken on 12/11/2012.  This was my first hatch in over a year.  The pair had quit spawning and finally started up again and laid eggs on 12/5/2012.  The larvae were caught using a larvae trap as they spawned on the glass

These pictures were taken on 12/20/2012.  These fish just went through meta.  Their stripes are starting to develop nicely.

I got mine from Chad and it is awesome to use.  I am using it now on even a larger batch of maroons.  I actually am liking it better than trying to hatch the eggs off of a tile.  I almost always screw something up trying to hatch them.

Here are the 60 day post settlement photos taken today.  They are getting big quick with some getting close to 1" long.  These guys are feisty...  LOL
