Lighting: fluorescent lighting in fish room
Lighting Cycle: 14 hours on, 10 hours off; reverse photoperiod (on at 8pm, off at 10am)

Broodstock Feeding Details Food Types: BSD Mariner Plus Flake, PE Mysis, Rod's "Fish Only" blend
Feeding Schedule: 2-4 times daily, typically 3
Spawning Details Date of First Spawn: 2/21/12
Spawn Time of Day: early morning, before 8 AM

Courtship Details: female ripens over several days (never seen a female fish get this big), male cleans flower pot beginning a day or so before spawn

Feeding Schedule: twice daily (I couldn't keep up with this large spawn, often the tank would be completely devoid of rotifers by the time the second feeding occurred... day job gets in the way)
