Species:  Amphiprion ocellaris
Social Structure:  pair
Size of Individuals:  female - 3.75 inches; male 3.0 inches long
Age of Individuals:  unknown, I believe I am the third caretaker of these fish
Date added to Tank:  1/1/12

Broodstock Tank Details
Size of Tank:  75 gallons
Substrate Details:  bare bottom
Filtration Details:  HOB power filters, sponge filter
Water Changes:  15% monthly
Water Temperature:  82-85 F
Lighting:  fluorescent lighting in fish room
Lighting Cycle:  14 hours on, 10 hours off; reverse photoperiod (on at 8pm, off at 10am)
Other Tank Inhabitants:  none

Broodstock Feeding Details
Food Types:  BSD Mariner Plus Flake, PE Mysis, Rod's "Fish Only" blend
Feeding Schedule:  2-4 times daily, typically 3

Spawning Details
Date of First Spawn:  2/21/12
Spawn Time of Day:  early morning, before 8 AM
Dates of Consecutive Spawns:  2/21/12, 3/4/12, 3/14/12, 3/27/12, 4/13/12, 4/30/12    
Courtship Details:  female ripens over several days (never seen a female fish get this big), male cleans flower pot beginning a day or so before spawn
Egg Size:  ~1mm
Egg Color:  bright orange, often difficult to see on the flower pot
Egg Count:  depending on quantity and quality of broodstock diet between 400 and >800

Hatch Date:  for documented 3/4/12 spawn hatch date was 3/12/12
Hatch Time of Day:  after 8 am (remember, reverse photoperiod)
# Days after Spawn:  8 (this pair has also had spawns go 9 days)
Larvae Description:  active, voracious

Filtration Details:  water changes till meta, then flow through from main filtration system
Lighting:  ambient room light

Water Changes:  as needed, initially every other day or so

Larval Feeding Details
Food Types:  rotifers until meta (no brine shrimp); Otohime A supplemented starting at day 3 because of difficulty keeping rotifer levels adequate.  Otohime B1 starting on day 11 and B2 starting after meta
Feeding Schedule: twice daily (I couldn't keep up with this large spawn, often the tank would be completely devoid of rotifers by the time the second feeding occurred... day job gets in the way)            

Metamorphosis/Settlement
Date of Settlement Start:  3/26/12
Days after Hatch:  14 days
Date of Settlement End:  3/29/12
Description of Fry:  thin due to difficulties in keeping enough prey items in the tank

Temperature:  77-78 F

Filtration Details:  flow through from main system - HSA 1000 skimmer, turf scrubber, bio-balls and occasionally carbon

Water Changes:  15% monthly, all bottom surfaces are siphoned weekly or more if necessary.
Size at Transfer:  ~5-7 mm in length
Age at Transfer:  23 days old

Food Types:  Otohime B1, B2; pulverized BSD Mariner Plus flake food
Feeding Schedule:  2-4 times daily, typically 3

Um...wait.  Are you sure these are the offspring of the Darwin pair shown?  These look more like Perc babies?  Did you grab the right pix?

OK, upon further review, I do see what is clearly a Black Ocellaris offspring in there, scattered in.  But are these all really the same siblings?
