Vessel description: White 5 gallon buckets Lighting description: None Lighting cycle: None Aeration description: Rigid airline Methodologies Split methodology: Harvest as needed, refresh culture monthly Culture medium description: Feed RotiGrow Plus or RGComplete twice daily Cell count: Unknown (if known) Reference links: Additional Information (No Pictures or Videos in the Section Please) Notes: I've had these two cultures running since 2008 with a few crashes along the way. Establishment date is the date of one of the crashes. You will be required to provide photographic evidence and as much detail as possible about your project in this thread.
