Thought I would share this.  It was inspired by my breeding attempts with freshwater danios, we used the same sort of set-up to catch the eggs.  I have had one harvest using this method and seems to be working well.   The idea being that the adults are kept in the top half and the babies fall through the wedding mesh (no idea what its called but the stuff wedding dress's are made from)  They are fed a mixture of flake food, rotifers, copepods, frozen mysid, anything I am feeding the main brood stock tank.   Every now and then I pull up the mesh that contains the adults and siphon out the babies and rubbish that collects in the bottom.  I then run it all through a 500 and 200 sieve to collect the babies and either add to the tank for my fish or add to the adult population.
