When to report on Bangaii's - Friday, September 7, 2012 3:54 AM

What are the queue's everyone uses for reports with Bangaii cardinalfish.

Spawn - Eggs transfered to the male from the female
Hatch - Within the males mouth
Settlement - ???
Success - 60 Days from settlement

Each/most of these are difficult to pinpoint.  What is reasonable?
Is the release of the eggs from the males mouth, good enough to use for reports for spawn, hatch and even settlement?

Banggai are a bit tricky so we allow a little leeway.

Most often you won't see the spawn and egg transfer unless you're really lucky. Keeping a close eye on when the male stops eating will give you a close spawn date.

Likewise, you might see the fry in the males mouth after they hatch. Generally, they will hatch around day 18. Settlement is when they are released by the male.
