I came home tonight to find my pair of pink skunks dead. The heater is fine. Levels are fine. No electric current. I cleaned the tank this last weekend, but I didn't use anything on the tank, not even vinegar. Just so upset.

I got them from blue zoo over a year ago.

That is strange. Sudden loss with no visible signs always makes me think a contaminant or lack of oxygen.

It's got to be a contaminate. I cleaned the tank in the tub that I clean everything in. I used the same scrubber I use for everything. I rinse then dry the scrubber each time. I did add sand to the tank. It was well rinsed and didn't create any clouding. Other than that I scraped off aptasia. I'm leaning now towards the sand.....
