I was not expecting this but I got my first spawn out of these guys in my quarantine tank.  When I caught the male to see if he was holding he held the eggs out of his mouth for a couple of minutes then he sucked them back in and continued to hold them.  These pictures were taken on 11/4/2012 two days after I believe they spawned.

3 days then I believe he ate them.
