i have these running around in one of my breeder set ups . pretty big this was taken with my iPhone would guess every bit of 1/4 inch our better

Looks like some type of amphipod or isopod to me. Much bigger than a copepod.

Amphipod i guess. Have those in my refigiums and sump. I ve also read somewhere that their size varies according to oxygen % in water.

Amphipod, not Isopod.  Nice things to have around, unless you're trying to breed Berghias.

Typical gammarid Amphi, running through the keys shows up as Gammarideus eusiridea though I cannot positively ID so we'll call this Gammarideus cf. eusiridea or just a random gammarid... will prey on egg masses of berghia and Nassarius cf. pauperus as well as some copepods and mysidae but otherwise beneficial.
