Nothing to get excited about. The interesting thing about this pair for me is the difference in dorsal spines. Perhaps one has had an injury, but the one with the longer spine is usually higher in the water column and closer to the front of the tank than the one with the shorter spine. John

I noted twice last night that the pair are sleeping in the same piece of 1 inch PVC pipe. The pipe is uncapped. I to not know if sleeping in the same spot is significant for this species. If I had 7 of them in the tank would they all sleep in the same crevice? At any rate I take it to be a good sign. John
