Getting a couple of Peppermint shrimp this week, should i keep them alone for better progress, or they are good to go with fish like; Maroons, tomatos or ocellaris in the same tank. or a refigium without fish would be best place for them to breed safely ?

Thanks,

I've had them in with clowns, ocellaris, and perculas, and had no issues.  They can do their part as clean-up crew.
