Veery excited to see my Ocellaris couple's first spawn ever(waited like a year), but something is wrong, first tha male was eating the egss as soon as they were laid, then i have watched female did the same. Is this common at first time?

Yep, it happens!  Sometimes it may take 3-4 (or more) times before they get it right.

They just tried for the first time i guess...look like they have no idea

Mine have eaten 3 clutches so far, each time they last a bit longer.  Don't give up, they will figure it out soon enough.
