Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.015
Temperature:   68*F

Vessel description:  2 liter soda bottles
Lighting description:  2 x 13Watt flourescent bulbs (power saver 60 Watt equivalent)
Lighting cycle:  16 Hr on /8 off
Aeration description:  rigid airline.

Methodologies
Split methodology: 1/4 a bottle is used to feed rotifers per day for 2 days, then refilled with gulliard's f/2  nutrient and allowed to darken for 5-6 days.

Culture medium description:  Gulliard's at f/2 strength.  (10 drops concentrate to 1 liter of ASW.

Cultures are continuing well as log as I split them or harvest at least half of each bottle and replenish with fresh f/2 solution(gulliard's) at least once a week. Most of my problems seemed to arise from not haviving the bottles close enough to the light.  At the moment they are almost touching the bulbs.
