Is this possible or am i the first?

so i have a spawning female the male died so i put one of her babys with her he is almost 8 monthes old and they have only been together for 3 monthes and last week the female layed eggs but the little guy didnt know what to do with them buzzing around super fast like a bee and tonight i did a water change and she started laying rite away this time he was doing what he was supposed to do im keeping a vidieo blog on it if the eggs got fertalized i thing i should have a jeonalist come out and make an artical about this what are you thoughts? and sorry for my spelling im not a good speller.

I would say it is not common but not rare. Clowns appear to become functioning males much more quickly than females. I had a friend who had a 9 month old male do the same.

ya it shocked me i put a clear wall to block the female from eating them as she started to i want to see if he can care for them alone they can still see eachother and none have died yet so i think he did his job

i had a 10 month old male do this. didn't know what to do first but by the next spawn he was good.
