Vessel description: 4L water pitcher Lighting description: Ambient Lighting cycle: Sunrise to sunset, and/or when culture station lights are on Aeration description: Continuous bubble Methodologies Split methodology: When the culture seems dense, I dump 3/4 into a sieve and replace with sterilized ASW from the broodstock tank Culture medium description: When clear, the culture is given Tetraselmis, Isochrysis, or Chaetoceros to tint the water, typically 30 to 50mL every other day. Cell count: (if known) Reference links: Additional Information (No Pictures or Videos in the Section Please) Notes: Water is sterilized using bleach and dechlorinated using sodium thiosulfate You will be required to provide photographic evidence and as much detail as possible about your project in this thread.
