Collecting Cerithium atratum Eggs? - Tuesday, May 14, 2013 7:05 AM

Hello Everyone,

I'm doing work on Cerithium atratum and I cannot seem to get the eggs off the glass without killing them. Most of the time the whole entanglement of eggs just completely rips off and just leaves me with an empty string. Any other ways besides this would be extremely helpful.

Thanks,

That might work. I did my tries with a small Tupperware container

I don't really know. I've never successfully been able to move snail eggs. It's usually easier to move the adults to the tank where you want the kids and wait for them to lay eggs. I'd like to hear if you manage it, though.
