Should the bubbles touch the eggs?

I make the bubbles touch/flow over the eggs.

When taking out the tile/pot out of the broodstock tank and placing it into the fry tank, do you bubble the eggs?  If so do you let the bubbles touch the eggs directly or just to create some current.
 
Please add any more information about this you'd like to share.

I use an airstone to aerate the eggs. I allow the bubbles to touch the eggs slightly. I've found the main thing is to keep the water moving around them. As long as you're not blasting them I don't think there is a problem with bubbles touching them.

Mine die if the bubbles touch them.  I use a very strong airflow though (maybe too much?) so maybe it would be ok if it was gentler.

My second batch of clownfish didn't hatch very well.  I think I have one or two fry out of like 25 viable eggs.  
 
What I do see though is a bunch of eggs on the ground in the container, does that mean I'm blasting them with too much air?

I used to just use an open ended airline, and kept it off the eggs
 
but recently I've had much better results using an air stone and allowing the air to hit or brush past the eggs
