Well deserved Jim!  I've always had my reservations stemming from a long history, but man, you've MORE than earned the chair at the table.  Your efforts to clean up the nitty gritty of the MBI have been fantastic, and I'll be one of the first to thank you for taking on what is almost always a thankless task!
