Salinity:  1.020 -1.022
Temperature:    Room temperature with Air Conditioning. around 24 degrees C
pH:  8-9

Vessel description:  500ml plastic bottle at first, 1.5L plastic bottles for continue culturing
Lighting description:  T5 x 2 white
Lighting cycle:  16Light - 8 Dark
Aeration description:   slightly below moderate

Methodologies
Split methodology:  every 5 days at most. every split to about 1:3 initially, its splitting when 1:5 ratio now. microwaving water then add F2.

Culture medium description: 
15 drops / 1.5L of F2 from FAF.
