Culturing Vessel Details Salinity: 1.017-1.023
Temperature: 76-78

Vessel description: 1.78L Bottles
Lighting description: 2 T12 Fluorescent Bulbs in a ceiling mount fixture mounted behind the bottles. Bottles spaced 1-2 inches from light.
Lighting cycle: 16 hours on, 8 off
Aeration description: rapid bubbling
Methodologies Split methodology: Keep 1/3-1/2 of the culture in bottles and then add F2.
Culture medium description: (this could range, example with algae could be “10ml per l of guillards F formulation” or with A. tonsa it would be more like “300ml per day of algal mixture containing gymnodynium, tetraselmis, isochrysis, and rhodomonas” )

https://lh5.googleusercon...v2XKf2h=w264-h197-p-no In this photo I have now numbered my bottles so that I can better track split dates. Bottle number 3 is from the original culture date 9/7 and was darker one to two days ago but now seems to have faded a bit.
You will be required to provide photographic evidence and as much detail as possible about your project in this thread.
If your thread does not contain detailed enough photos and information the MBI Council will not be able to approve your reports.
