My Frenatus spawn on a regular basis, so I thought I would document this spawn.
 
They spawned on 12/27/13 @ 0945.

It won't let me, I keep getting an error. Any help is appreciated.
 
On the main page, I clicked "Submit a new report" and it gave me a "system" error. Now when I go back, I don't see the Frenatus option available for the "Spawn" report.

You have to create a journal before you can submit a report. Journal needs to be linked to the report.

Server Error in '/Forums' Application.
