getting larvae of neon dottyback

my pair neon dottyback spawned finally. I have a problem with getting larvae of them. they are spawning but the male do not guard the egg, please could you tell me how can I hatch the eggs artificially properly?
As when I put the eggs in a separate jar , a few larvae hatched.
Please help me

I had a similar problem wit the Orchid Dottybacks, but they were young, I let them grow, fed them and kept them healthy and finally got spawnings. They do appreciate lots of hiding places, caverns etc,  I love the whole family. Keep working at it, good luck.
