Species description:  Marine mysid shrimp

Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  ~1.024
Temperature:    Room temp, ~70F currently
pH:  Not measured

Vessel description:  10 gallon tank, 1 gallon clear cereal container; then moved to a double 5-gallon bucket culture system 
Lighting description:  Fluorescent strip light or ambient light depending on culture location 
Lighting cycle:  6AM to 9PM usually
Aeration description:  Airstone in the 10 gallon, rigid airline tubing in the 1 gallon, airlift in the double culture bucket system 

Methodologies
Split methodology:  Not really "split."  Usually I use a net to harvest adults (the juveniles can pass through the net).  Occasionally water is removed or added.

Culture medium description: 
ASW is used (not sterilized) and live baby brine shrimp are fed

Cell count: Not counted

I'm mainly culturing these right now to feed to the dwarf cuttlefsh babies. Not sure if I will feed them until the culture is gone, but I hope to keep some going as a continual culture.

I moved my culture out of the 10 gallon tank and into a double-bucket culture set up (a la KathyL).  I think I may need to get a separate, dedicated air pump for it though.  We will see.
