Four individual fish have been added to separate tanks.  In each "pair" case, the fish are in 1/2 of a tank each (each 1/2 is 380x610x390mm).
They can see the other individual via a glass divider in the tank.
I will monitor their behaviour over the next few weeks/months and then introduce them.

Day one involved swapping two individuals as they spent their time attacking each other on opposite sides of the glass divider.  Post swap, no aggression has been seen by either new "pair".
eg
Pair 1 was fish A&B now A&C
Pair 2 was fish C&D now B&D

Photos of the four fish, these were taken at night so the fish are a little more pale than they are in the day, but it gives an idea of their coloration.

Kathy they're going to look way better once they're not stressed out and photographed at night!  Stunning fish that we should see more of than we do.  I never shows up in Quantity when I want to buy it though, and I never pull the trigger on singles ,but I probably should start to.

Not yet, I'm still introducing them together.

There have been a couple of close calls with one taking a beating, but no losses so far.
