Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.015
Temperature:    78 F
pH:  8.24

Vessel description:  2 liter pop bottle
Lighting description:  north facing window, set between a 65k daylight shop light on a amphipod tank and small white led fixture on larval tank
Lighting cycle:  led supplement on at 6 am, shop light supplement on at 7am. window lighting varies, led light off at 10pm, shop light off at 10 pm. ~16 hours daylight- 8 hours night
Aeration description: moderate air movement from rigid airline, no stone 

Methodologies
Split methodology: no splits as of yet

Culture medium description:  weak mix of miracle gro, 1/4 teaspoon per 1 gallon RO water (use on houseplants), feed 1/3 cup when adding more saltwater

Cell count: measurement of 2 on densitiy stick (first time using)
