Technically, I'm not culturing this intentionally, but....I want to, I think  So far culture seems tricky since to get these I had to take some Stenopus scutellatus larvae and culture them in a 3L bottle for over three months and use a combination of live phyto, rotigrow, rotifers and bbs during that time   
 
To find these, I sieved through a 53uM mesh multiple times to remove anything large, then I put it through a 27uM sieve to collect and backwashed into a small amount of water.  When I did this, I found a nice number of these considering I wasn't actually trying to culture them.  Size seems to be about 40-45uM wide by 90uM long.
 



 
I think they look like Colurella, like the ones here: http://risingtideconserva...l-aquaculture-lab.html  and the size seems to be spot on (assuming my new app is accurate, which I haven't had a chance to verify yet)
 
Any input?  I may need to bug Jim since I think he has a thread/culture about these
