      Vessel description:   one gallon square plastic wide mouth jar , hole in lid, rigid airline going to the bottom, connected to air source.     
Lighting description:  under cabinet t5 fluorescent tube suspended 2 inches from the jars               
Lighting cycle:  14 hour day, 10 hours night                 
Aeration description:  vigorous         
Methodologies     Split methodology: Split 1 to 3 in chlorinated, dechlorinated 27 ppt saltwater with 3 ml Micro Algae Grow (several years old)or Fritz's Guillard's formula per gallon, every 7 to 10 days             
Culture medium description:                 chlorinated, dechlorinated 27 ppt saltwater with 3 ml Fritz's Guillards' formula at f strength, 3 ml per gallon jar
