How big or how old do ocelaris clowns have to be to spawn?

I have a pair of ocelaris clowns. One is about 2inches and the other is about2.5 inches.I purchased them in November 28th, 2013. They were about an inch then. I have my breeding tanks up and running now. Would these clowns be ready to spawn?

In general, it takes longer for a juvenile clownfish to become a functional female than a functional male. If the two you got were similar in size when you got them they may not become a M/F pair. 
 
Since one is larger now that's a good sign, though not 100%. The best way I've found to get a M/F pair is to introduce a smaller juvenile to a larger fish, carefully. Juveniles transition to functioning males much quicker. A. ocellaris mature quicker than other species of clowns too, so you have that in your favor.

Thanks Tal. I have noticed the smaller one to swim next to the bigger one and start quivering.

I have two Ocellaris waiting for them to spawn also and have yet see them spawn they were showing all the shaking and cleaning the rock last year and no signs of any eggs yet and that was a year ago.
I was told that Ocellaris will spawn at an earlier age then Percula's is this not correct??????
If I were to guess they are about 2 years old.

Im not sure. I have just started trying to get my ocelaris clowns to spawn. I have never had percs. Sorry for lack of info . But everything i learn i will forward to you.
