Social Structure:  Pair
Size of Individuals:  Male 3.5" Female 5.0"
Age of Individuals:  4.5 years
Date added to Tank:  10/10/2010

Broodstock Tank Details
Size of Tank:  25 Gallon Breeder 30"x18"x13" Divided in Half
Substrate Details:  Sugar size sand
Filtration Details:  On larger 400 gallon central filtration system, live rock, Skimx SM201 skimmer
Water Changes:  20 gallons biweekly
Water Temperature:  81 F
Lighting:  110 watt LED Evergrow light
Lighting Cycle:  6pm to 4am
Other Tank Inhabitants:  On other side of divider a pair of black ocellaris clownfish

Broodstock Feeding Details
Food Types:  Rod Food, TDO pellets, Mysis Shrimp, Pacific Plankton
Feeding Schedule:  4 Times daily

Spawning Details
Date of First Spawn:  8/14/2014
Spawn Time of Day:  Around Midnight
Dates of Consecutive Spawns:  10/23/14 then 11/6/2014, now spawning every 11-12 days
Courtship Details:  Male and female chase and flirt with each other, male and female clean area of spawning area
Egg Size:  around 1mm
Egg Color:  orange
Egg Count:  200-250

Hatch Details
Hatch Date:  11/13/2014
Hatch Time of Day:  About 2 hours after lights go out.
# Days after Spawn:  7
Larvae Description:    2-3 mm long silver and black with dark eyes
Consecutive Hatch Dates:      Only 1 hatch date so far.  First two spawns were not fertile.

Temperature:  80 F
Size of Larval Tank:  20 Gallon starts with 6 gallons of water in it
Substrate Details:  None
Other Tank Decor:  None
Filtration Details:  air stone
Lighting:  Clip light with compact florescent bulb
Lighting Cycle:  24 hours a day for the first for 7 days then 16 hours a day starting day 8
Water Changes:  None day 1, After that 1 gallon removed daily until day 7, Replaced with 2 gallons of water

Larval Feeding Details
Food Types:  Rotifers while co-culturing with Greenwater (rotigreen omega), After day 5 newly hatched baby bring shrimp
Feeding Schedule:  As needed as the rotifer density drops, Once daily for NHBBS (day 5-day10) and TDO A starting day 5

Metamorphosis/Settlement
Date of Settlement Start: 11/19/2014
Days after Hatch:  6
Date of Settlement End:  11/21/2014
Description of Fry:  Mostly black fry with a a small white head stripe starting to form and a white dot on the top of the fish.

Filtration Details:  Hydro Sponge Filter
Lighting:  Room Lighting and ambient fish tank lighting from other tanks

Size at Transfer:  I do not move them.  From hatch to sell they stay in a 20 gallon tank
Age at Transfer:  N/A

Food Types:  TDO, Prime Reef Flake
Feeding Schedule:  3-4 times a day

Here are some pictures of the spawn from 11/6/2014.  The pictures were taken on 11/13/2014 just before turning the lights out to hatch them.

How long does it take for them to darken up? I've had my pair a couple years, I think, and they still look brown like these juvies.
