Mai Tai Clownfish - Pairing with small Wyoming White - Bad idea?

Is it a bad idea to attempt to pair a 2" mai tai clown with a 1" wyoming white. I know the a-typical thing to do is find a larger ocellaris and keep the "maroon" small as a male. I wanted to avoid having this mai tai beat up a similiar sized clown, so I opted for a tiny tank mate.

IMO MAITAI could be infertility.

Ah, I can probably get this thread moved there if you want.  To your question, I don't know if you're really going to find an answer because this is just something that not a lot of people are doing.  You can look at past pairs and see how they are set up, and that might give you some idea.  I know that the original Mai Tai pair was documented on Reef Central, but couldn't find the thread.

Aha on Reef2Reef too?!  Or maybe it was the earlier Asian breeder who did them but didn't name them that's over on ReefCentral? I never managed to find it. Thanks Matt!
