Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.025
Temperature:    Ambient room temp, approx 70 in winter, 73-74 in summer
pH:  8.1-8.2 when new water is prepared, but not directly measured

Vessel description:  1 liter clear square plastic bottle, or 1 quart (old Gatorade) bottle
Lighting description:  Indirect form adjacent frag & QT tanks
Lighting cycle:  12 hrs on, 12 hrs off
Aeration description:  none

Culture medium description:  NSW (Instant Ocean or Reef Crystals) prepared at SG 1.025 and aged at least 1 day. Just enough live tetraselmis added to give very light green tint.
