Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.022
Temperature:    ambient room temp. 69 degrees F
pH:  unknown

Vessel description: 5 Gallon bucket 
Lighting description:  Ambient room fluorescents.
Lighting cycle: 14 hrs on 10 hrs off. 
Aeration description:nearly none 2 to 3 bubbles per sec. 

Methodologies
Split methodology: have not split yet. still trying to get the numbers up.

Culture medium description: 
I use Rotigrow as needed depending on how clear the water is.  Rotigrow keeps it simple for me. I feed the tigger pods and Rotifers the same diet.
Cell count: 
 Rotigrow 200-450/liter

Notes:  I have not had great succes inside, just enough to keep the culture going. As soon as the temp goes up I will move the culture outside and try Fishtal method.
