Species:   Brachionus plicatilis
Species description:  Brachionus plicatilis is a euryhaline (tolerate a wide range of salinityrotifer in the Family Brachionidae, and is possibly the only commercially important rotifer, being raised in the aquaculture industry as food for fish larvae. It has a broad distribution in salt lakes around the world and has become a model system for studies in ecology and evolution.

Culturing Vessel Details
Salinity:  1.012
Temperature:  room   
pH:  7.5-8.0

Vessel description:  2 liter bottles or 5 gallon bucket
Lighting description:  shop light 
Lighting cycle:  12-24 hours a day
Aeration description:  low 4-6 bubbles/second

Methodologies
Split methodology: When desired rotifer density is attained 3/4 of culture is harvested and the depleted volume is replaced with greenwater culture 

Culture medium description:  greenwater culture with SG 1.012

I doubt this is what Victoria's Secret had in mind for this cup...
But I do think it makes my rotifers kinda sexy
